2. What we collect
When you contact us through forms on this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name (if provided), country of interest, service interest, timeline, and the contents of your message. We also collect technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL — through Google Analytics.
3. Why we collect it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and provide quotes. We use technical analytics data to improve the site and measure marketing effectiveness. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to enquiries) and consent (analytics cookies).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google’s default 14-month retention. Where you become a client, contractual data is retained per applicable record-keeping obligations (typically 5–7 years).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with: (a) our hosting provider, (b) Google Analytics (anonymised), (c) email delivery providers, (d) where legally required (court order, regulator request). When fulfilling a formation engagement, we share necessary information with the relevant company registry and bank introducers — only with your prior authorisation.

This site uses essential cookies for functionality and Google Analytics cookies for measurement. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption site-wide, restricted server access, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data.
