Registered Office Address Service

Every company needs a legal address in its jurisdiction of incorporation — for the company registry, the tax authority, and statutory mail. We provide that registered office address in every country we form companies in, included in the first year of every formation package.

What’s included

  • Statutory address registered with the local company registry as your official “siège social” / “registered office” / “Geschäftsadresse”
  • Mail receipt and handling — we receive all postal correspondence addressed to the company at that address
  • Mail scanning and forwarding — every letter is opened, scanned, and forwarded to your nominated email within 24 hours of receipt (1 business day SLA)
  • Original-document forwarding — for registered post, court documents, or items requiring physical delivery, we courier to your nominated address (cost-plus)
  • Tax-authority address — same address used for the local equivalent of HMRC / Finanzamt / Urząd Skarbowy correspondence

Where we provide it

All 55 jurisdictions on our roster — every EU member state, the UK, Switzerland, the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man), Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the UAE (Dubai DMCC and IFZA, plus mainland), Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, the USA (Delaware, Wyoming), Canada, Panama, the BVI, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Belize, Antigua, Nevis, Marshall Islands, Georgia, Serbia. See the full list on the Jurisdictions page.

Why use our address rather than your own

Three reasons clients choose our service over registering their home or office address:

  • Privacy — your home address does not appear on the public company register
  • Reliability — statutory mail is opened and scanned within 24 hours by professional staff, not lost in your post pile
  • Legitimacy of presence — for jurisdictions where local substance helps with banking and tax-residency arguments, a professional registered office is a basic requirement

Fees and renewal

The first year of registered office is included in every formation package we deliver. Annual renewal is invoiced as a flat fee per jurisdiction at the start of each new year. Get the current renewal rate for your jurisdiction on the contact page.

Compliance and AML

The registered office service is regulated under Polish anti-money laundering rules. We hold KYC documentation for every beneficial owner of every company using our address, and we maintain access logs for all postal items received. Where a client account becomes inactive (no response to renewal invoices for 12 months), we follow the documented strike-off procedure of the relevant company registry.

Order

Already have a company elsewhere and need to change registered office? We can take over the registered office of an existing company in any jurisdiction we cover — including the registry filing to update the address. Contact us with your current registry number and we will scope the changeover.

Why companies use a registered office service

Three operational reasons clients choose our address over their own:

Privacy

Director home addresses appear on public registers in most EU jurisdictions, the UK, and many offshore centres. Using a registered office service keeps the director’s home address off the public-facing record. The director’s residential address is still held by the registry but on a restricted-access register only available to law enforcement and regulators.

Reliability

Statutory mail (tax notices, court documents, registry correspondence) requires same-day handling. Professional registered office staff open, scan, and forward within 24 hours. A home address risks lost or delayed mail with potential statutory consequences (default judgments, late-filing penalties, registry strike-off).

Substance signals

For jurisdictions where local substance affects banking onboarding, treaty access, or regulator perception (Cyprus, Malta, UAE free zones, BVI Economic Substance, Cayman), a professional address visibly tied to a regulated corporate service provider is a soft positive signal. Not a substitute for real substance, but a useful baseline.

Jurisdictions covered

We provide registered office in every jurisdiction where we form companies — see all 55 countries. Most-used:

  • UK — central London address with Companies House mail handling
  • Poland — Warsaw address
  • Cyprus — Nicosia or Limassol
  • Malta — Valletta
  • UAE — DMCC or IFZA-approved address
  • Singapore — CBD address satisfying ACRA requirements
  • Hong Kong — Central / Wan Chai address

Switching from another provider

If you have an existing company elsewhere and want to move registered office to us, the changeover takes 2-4 weeks: we file the address-change with the local registry, intercept any in-flight mail with the previous provider, and confirm the new address has been picked up by tax authority and bank records. Quote on request.
