CompanyFormation24 has been forming companies for international clients since 1995. We are a licensed Polish corporate service provider with offices in Warsaw and a network of regulated counsel across 55 jurisdictions. Over three decades, more than 12,000 companies have been incorporated through our service — for founders, holding structures, e-commerce sellers, fund managers, and growth-stage businesses across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the offshore world.

How we work
Three principles run through every engagement.
Fixed price, written in advance. Our quotes are not hourly. The price you see in the engagement letter is the price you pay. No supplementary invoices for “additional work” once the formation is underway. The only variations are explicit add-ons you choose (additional shareholders, expedited filing, nominee director, premium banking introduction).
One dedicated manager per client. You are not handed off between departments. From the first KYC call through the certificate of incorporation, opening of the bank account, and the first annual filing, the same senior specialist handles your file. This is how we maintain a 4-business-hour response SLA on client emails — not because we use software automation, but because the same human is reading them every day.
End-to-end, including the parts other firms outsource. Most formation services hand off banking introductions, accounting, and ongoing compliance to third parties (and you discover this only after incorporation). We handle all of it under one roof. Banking introductions, registered office, ongoing tax filings, KSeF e-invoicing setup, EU VAT registration, beneficial-owner register filings, annual accounts — all included in the same engagement.

Tomasz Bielski — Managing Director
Tomasz founded CompanyFormation24 in 1995. He holds the Polish corporate service provider licence under which the firm operates and personally reviews and approves every engagement letter. Background: 30+ years in international corporate law, with deep specialisation in EU tax-transparent holding structures and cross-border banking introductions. Anna Modlinska — Company Formation Specialist
Anna leads UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, and Crown Dependency formations. She is the firm’s point person on the new Companies House identity verification regime that came into force in autumn 2026. Native English working proficiency.
Piotr Walter — In-house Counsel
Piotr is the firm’s in-house lawyer. He drafts and reviews articles of association, shareholders agreements, nominee deeds, and unusual capital structures. Specialist focus: German GmbH and Austrian flexible-capital companies (FlexKapG). Polish bar; English and German working proficiency.
Aleksandra Kowalska — Corporate Client Service
Aleksandra leads on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and broader Middle East. She handles free-zone selection (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, ADGM, DIFC) and mainland LLC formations, plus Federal Tax Authority registration and Emirates ID-linked banking introductions.
Julia Thompson — Corporate Client Service Specialist
Julia leads Cyprus, Malta, Gibraltar, Bulgaria, and Greece — including Cyprus IP Box structures, Malta’s effective-rate refund mechanism, and Bulgaria’s 10% flat regime. UK-trained, native English, Greek working proficiency.
Credentials and oversight
ShelfCompanies24 Sp. z o.o. is a Polish private limited company, registered with the National Court Register (KRS) and operating under Polish anti-money laundering supervision. We hold beneficial owner declarations on file for every client and operate under documented KYC procedures aligned with the EU 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive. We are not a bank, not a tax adviser, and not a law firm in any jurisdiction — we are a licensed corporate service provider, and our role is to handle the procedural and administrative work of company formation and ongoing corporate compliance.
For every jurisdiction outside Poland we engage local regulated counsel — qualified company secretaries, sworn translators, registered agents, and bank introducers — to file the actual documents with the local registry. Our role is project management, drafting in plain English, KYC clearance, and acting as the single point of contact between you and the local network.
